Delete your BidaWash account

You can permanently delete your BidaWash account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains both ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open the BidaWash app and sign in.
2. Tap the Account tab (bottom right).
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm twice. You will be signed out immediately.

The deletion takes effect right away. There is nothing else you need to do.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at support@bidawash.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Delete my BidaWash account".

We will delete your account within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, and phone number.
• Your account credentials.
• Any service or preference records tied to your account.

Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.

What may be kept

• Anonymized diagnostic data (crash and performance reports) that cannot be traced back to you.
• Financial or tax records we are legally required to keep (currently none — the app does not process payments).
• Records of prior support communication, retained separately for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
