Terms of Service

Welcome to BidaWash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BidaWash mobile application and physical car-wash branches (together, the "Service") operated by BidaWash Inc. ("BidaWash", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us at support@bidawash.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Our services

BidaWash operates automated car-wash branches in the Philippines. The app helps you find branches, view services, and manage your account. Service availability, hours, and pricing may vary by branch and may change without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our internal systems.
• Use the Service to harass BidaWash staff or other customers.
• Damage BidaWash property or interfere with branch operations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

The BidaWash app, brand, and content are the property of BidaWash Inc. and are protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark law. You may use the Service only for its intended purpose.

6. Payments and refunds

The current version of the app is informational and does not process payments. When paid features become available, pricing and refund policies will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.

Refunds for in-branch services follow the policy posted at each branch.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app, or by emailing support@bidawash.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, BidaWash Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
